HOW THE 60 DAY OF BODY TRANSFORMATION WORKS

In this Era, Sixpack is trending all over the world, so I tried the following method

the youtube Channel suggesting a 21-day abs challenge. Like Alex, Sixpack factory

 

The workout that worked out for me was
• Legris
• Planks
• Crunches
• Cycles
Legris- The legalize was a little hard workout for beginners. When you try for the first time, you think of quitting, but consistency is matters.
       The procedure is to lay with your body and raise your leg towards your chest. Try 12 reps per set. 
Planks-The planks are a beneficial exercise that you can be working out easily.

 


         The procedure is withstood in your push-up position for about 20 seconds for beginners. 


Crunches-  the crunches actually make you feel you have abs and its effects.
     The procedure is to lay with your body and try to raise your body towards the leg. It's for upper abs workout; try 20 reps for a set.

 


Cycles- the cycle is also ta thoughtful workout, But you can feel awesome
 The procedure lay with your body rise lef bend the knees, and peddle one leg by one, which is used to tighten the lower abs

In a lockdown, I have tried all the above workouts. In 21 days, the result was I didn't lose my fat around my stomach and love handles ,but instead, I tight my cores

There is some Improvement. In that region, I can feel my abs which gives me a great mindset, and also the abs are tight

 

I realize that slow progress is better than no progress. The abs are developed in My body, but They didn’t visible due to the high amount of fat. It will be visible after the loss of fat. The toughest job is we can't lose aat in a particular part, so we have to lose fat in every part of our body 

So I try a full-body workout in another 30 days. Now I use the calories tracker app this day; I choose only four workouts. They are   

  • Push-ups

• Squat

• Pull up

• Abs

Each workout uses every muscle to work out, so fat loss is easily made. The difficulty is controlling my food habits. I control my foods by calorie tracker so that I can lose more fat than before

 

In 3 rd day of my workout, I have body acne, so I think of quitting, but the body in front of a mirror makes a difference, so I work out consistently. Whenever I lose hope, I used to see the mirror. After I realize my body fat condition, I back to the workout.

  The squat is always given pain which gives the idea of quitting whenever the body is in pain gives the body to rest but not quit.
