In this article i want to talk about dieting.

Some easy way to lose weight naturally, if you want to lose weight you should follow my rules.

 

*Eat whole, single-ingredient Foods.

weight lose often follows as a natural " side efect'' of eating whole food.

*Stock up on healthy foods and snaks.

There are also many healthy and natiral snaks and foods that are easy to prepare and take with you on the go. These include yogurt,whole fruits, nuts,carrots,and hard-boiled eggs.

*Limit your intake of Added suger.

eating a lot of added sugar is liked with some of the world leading dseases,including heart disease,diabetes and cancer.

*Drink water.

There is actually truth to the claim that drinking water can help with weight lose. Drinking 0.5 liters of waters may can increase the calories you burn by 24-30 % for an hour afterward.

*Drink coffee.

fortunately , people are realizing that coffee is a healthy bverage that is loded with antioxidants an other benefical compound.

*Use smaller plate.

some studies have shown that using smaller plates helps you eat less,because it changes how you see portion sizes.

*Eat more slowly.

If you eat too fast , you may eat way to many calories before your body even realize that you are full.

*Spice up your meals.

Chili pappers and jalapenos contain a compound called capsaicin, which may bost metabolism and increase the burning of fat.Capsicin may also reduce appetite and calorie intake.

*Get Enough sleep.

Getting enough sleep is incredibly important for weight loss, as well as to prevent future weight again.

*Avoid liquid calories.

liquid calories come frome beverages like sugary soft drinks,fruit juices, chocolate milk and energy drinks.These drinks are bad for health in several ways,including an increased risk of obesity.

*Eat more fiber.

*Brush your teeth after meals.

*Combat your food addiction.

*Do some sort of cardio.

*Add resistance Exercises.

 

*Practice maindful eating.

By following the general rules well , i do not think that weight will increase.
