How to stay Healthy and Active

Health and fitness is the key to a long, active, and enjoyable life.

We have heard so many times that 'Health is Wealth,' and that's the real truth. If we are not active and healthy, we cannot put our 100% effort and attention in our work, which gradually leads to less wealth or no wealth and also leads to shorter lives. Everyone needs to realize the importance of staying healthy and fit.

Health can be measured on three parameters: Physical, Psychological, and Nutritional. Physical fitness means the physical appearance of a person; Nutritional health implies the presence of essential nutrients in the body, which are necessary to fight diseases with immunity. Psychological health means the ability to maintain patience in a person, being calm and composure in all circumstances of life.

Primary reasons that are the causes of unhealthy and unactive bodies are Daily stress, Depression, Intake of harmful substances like alcohol or smoking, Lack of sleep, Junk Food, etc. 

Following are the things that can be developed for the maintenance of a healthy and fit lifestyle:

1. Regular Exercise- Every person of every age group should give some defined time for a daily exercise, you can see videos on youtube or can do Zumba also.

2. Balanced Nutrition food intake- Have a balanced diet that includes essential minerals, vitamins, and proteins.

3. Avoid eating junk food- Stop eating Junk food, or try to avoid junk food as much as possible. Have one cheat meal in a month.

4. Meditation- Meditate for at least 20 minutes in a whole day. It reduces Stress, Depression, Tension, and Overthinking.

5. Drink water- Drink loads of water, as it helps to release toxins and improve one's metabolism.

6. Sleep- Take an appropriate amount of sleep. Everyone should take at least 8 hours of sleep.

7. Clean and tidy Environment- We should make sure our surroundings clean and fit for us to survive.

Staying healthy and fit is not tricky if taken as the foremost priority. By following above mentioned simple steps, each one of us can lead a healthy, fit, and fruitful life.
