Mantra :

"Om Shrim Hrim Klim Anjanisutay Vidhmahe Vayuputray Dhimahi Tanno Hanumant Prachodayat."

Chanting Ceremony :

•  It is best to start chanting this mantra on Tuesday or Saturday.

•  Get up early in the morning and sit on the east side of Kush ( some kind of plant ), facing east in front of the statue or picture of Hanumanji.

• Now offer clothes to Lord Hanuman and offer prasad of Malpua ( sweet pancake made by wheat flour ) and worship with rituals.

• Fast on the day, you start chanting the mantra. One time a satvik meal can be done.

• Start chanting this mantra with a Rudraksha garland. Make at least five times with the whole garland with an above mantra. There must be one hundred and eight beads in this garland.

• Keep chanting this mantra for twenty-one days continuously; soon its effect will be seen.

• After chanting mantras and worshiping, perform Aarti with Shri Hanuman fragrant incense, gugal, camphor as well as cow ghee lamp.
