You know what weight loss don’t ever begin with in the gym using a dumbbell. It always start in your mind with a decision and passion. Everybody in the modern Era wants to remain fit and healthy but most of them can’t do this due to the fear of hard work. But for a healthy life you have to do a bit of hard work and a little change in your lifestyle so here are some ways to lose weight fast according to my personal experience as I have also lost 100 lbs in a very short span of time.


How to eat?? 

You know the very first step in almost every type of weight loss is to rethink how should you eat. You have to pay attention towards your food while eating and never use a mobile phone or laptop or any similar device because if you are using a phone while eating then your mind is not completely getting the signal from your mind  that you are filling your stomach with food. As your mind is on the phone so your stomach might get full but still you will receive hunger signals from your mind. Chew your food completely and eat as slowly as you can and give maximum time to your food as a result you can not only enjoy your food but your mind will also receive the signals that your stomach is now completely full. 

What to eat

Make sure to have a balanced diet and very balanced meals which includes all the food groups. Always avoid the processed and packaged foods. Never eat the food that contain high percentage of salts, sugars, oil and spices because they can harm your health and diet badly. Try to eat less carbohydrates and eat as much proteins as you can consume because the carbohydrates changes to fat. Eat healthy and natural foods especially vegetables and you should have to say goodbye to junk food if you really want to lose weight and remain fit and healthy.

 

 

 

Eat fiber daily 

Fiber is a compulsory part of every weight loss diet as our body takes time to digest fiber quickly so your body feels full for much longer time. Fiber also helps to absorb the necessary nutrients from your food into your body. One can just simply add whole grains in his diet and make sure to at least one fruit ever day as they contain necessary proteins.

 

Eat more Proteins 

Proteins are very necessary and beneficial to the human body in every manner. Proteins reduces the hunger pangs and make you feel full without consuming calories. Proteins also take a bit time to be broken down like fiber so you will not getting a feeling of hunger soon after a meal. Boiled eggs are a very good and cheap source of proteins but you can also add a tablespoon of chia seeds in your breakfast to make your diet more effective.

 

 


Drink Plenty of water

Drink as much water as you can consume daily to stay hydrated, especially with hot and rising summer heat. In many occasions we confuse thirst for hunger. Our body is sending the signals of thirsts but our mind reads it as hunger signals so drink plenty of water. You should drink a glass of water or two before taking any meal because it can reduce your hunger and you will eat less due to this. Sufficient water is also necessary for the proper functioning of your body and make you fit and healthy. So you should drink 4 to 5 litres of water every day especially when you are in a journey to weight loss.
