How to lose weight easily?

A heavy weight is very dangerous for our life. We must have to stay fit and healthy so we can do our physical activities so easily. Don't think that you can't lose fat or ignore it. Just work for two months and see the result. And I am telling it by my personal experience that how I lose fat two years ago in only 2 months, I never go to the gym either. I worked at my home and made it possible without giving up. You also can lose your fat at home by applying a few tricks regularly without any equipment. I will share my personal experience that what I did when I was losing weight and what I have eaten and what I have left for it. 

So, when I was 13 years my weight was 70 kg, and I was like a football. So, I decided to lose fat by working at home. So, when I was losing fat, I was not dieting I was eating everything like chicken, potatoes and such oily things but I left to eat outside things. I ate chicken, vegetables but only at my home. So, I am telling you the tips about what you have to do while losing weight.

1) It would help if you had to decide to wake up early in the morning. Before doing breakfast, you have to do one exercise which is jumping for 5 or 10 minutes minimum; then you have to do the second exercise running while standing till 5 or 10 minutes minimum, then you can go to do breakfast.

2) If you want to take tea at breakfast, then it's ok you can drink, but you have to put only one spoon of sugar and only have to eat one piece of bread thats it. And after that, you have to do walk till 20 minutes.

3) At lunch, eat whatever you want to eat but eat half not full, so your stomach feels like little empty and then walk for 20 minutes.

4) In the evening, you must have to exercise again, which jumping, running while standing and do a short bit of gymnastics, and a little bit yoga and workout for half an hour. Then if you want to take tea or eat some biscuits you can. But remember, don't eat anything from outside, eat everything from your home. After some refreshments then you have to walk again for 20 minutes. You can walk on the roof if you are not going outside.

5) Then At lunch, you can eat anything, but what I said before eating half not full feel your empty stomach. Then after eating again, walk for 20 minutes. Walking is necessary for our life. It is essential for both who are healthy and also essential for the ones who are not healthy. And after you walk, you must have to take green tea and then sleep and continue this activity on the next day and do it regularly.

The things you must do are walking, jumping, running, and eat half and be regular to this activity I guarantee you will see the difference in one month.
