Breathing is something we breathe without thinking anything, breathing is known as life, and the best part of breathing is this is free no need to pay anyone; you get this free from birth to lifetime. Still, now the time has come, people suffer from many diseases just because of breathing issues. We started visiting doctors to get rid of breathing problems. If you know how to live, you can get help in resolving many problems like stress and anxiety. You can increase your energy level and immune systems.

 

 

If you face breathing issues, there are many natural methods of increasing oxygen levels in your body. You can do it by yourself before you know how you can increase the oxygen level in your body. I will let you know few crucial points from this blog.

Breathing exercises can help improve respiratory and lung capacity; breathing exercises can be done by anyone, young and senior people, we have to know how to live.

 

 

How to breathe?

When you visit any of you learn yoga from an expert, you will come to know many techniques to breathe, but here I will be sharing the top 3 practical breathing exercises which will help you increase the oxygen level in your body.

 

 

Belly breathing

Belly breathing is very effective, relaxing, and easy to learn; this can be done by anyone anywhere. Whenever you wish to relax your mind or body, you can practice this, and it can be done daily to increase breathing capacity.

 

 

Let’s know how to practice.

  1. You can lie or sit in a very comfortable position; you can sit on a chair or mat.
  2. This is belly breathing Techniques, so always remember to put one hand on the belly 2nd hand on the chest.
  3. Take a deep in through your nose and let your stomach push your hand out and always remember your hand on your chest should not move.
  4. Breathe out through your pursed lips; when you release your hand on your belly should go in and use your hand to push your stomach gently to release complete breathe.
  5. Do not practice in a hurry; take your time to complete one go. Initially, you can do this 4-10 times.
  6. Once you complete this once, feel at the end of the practice always to find a relaxed and stress-free mind.  

Note:- Once you are an expert in the above technique, the next step is 4-7-8 breathing

 

 

  • 4-7-8 Breathing { Breathe in(Count till 4) – Hold(Count till 7) - out(Count till 8)}

This is the ratio to breathe in, hold and breathe out while doing belly breathing practice; when you are an expert in belly technique, the first step applies this 2nd step, When you live in count till 4, hold for seven counts, and when you breathe out count till 8.

 

 

  • Nose Breathing

This is another natural breathing method to balance oxygen and carbon dioxide levels; If you can balance the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, you are enjoying your life; you do not know how to learn now and enjoy life.

  1. This method chose a quiet and comfortable place to practice, sit up straight, and focus on your breathing when you inhale and exhale.
  2. Your mouth should be closed. Inhale slowly through your nose to fill the lungs. Remember, it should serve the lungs, not the belly.
  3. Exhale through the nose slowly and keep doing this unless you feel no air in your lungs.
  4. Do it daily initially do it 3-10 times.

 

Note:-

  • When you breathe in and breathe out, your focus should be on breathing only when you inhale, hold, or exhale.
  • First, you have to practice; then it should be your habit and do it daily. Rather 21 days should not be missed, as we know if we do anything back to back 21 days, it becomes a habit, so try to breathe correctly daily, and it should be your habit not to practice after 21 days.
  • If you have any disease, always speak to experts or Doctors before you practice.
