How To Donate Blood?

“You Can’t Buy A Life For Someone With Money, But You Can Save A Life Of Someone By Donating Blood To Him.”

Why I Give Blood?

You have to ask why Let’s explore how to think about a question and how to know if there’s a good reason to donate (if you are not sure, ask). Let’s see how this works. We won’t explain all random reasons, we don’t need to. Just practice the question and feel how it feels.

The Solution — There will be a points list and a short video explaining all the reasons you should give blood. Feel free to skip down to questions if there’s a point you don’t understand. If not, keep reading.

Again, we don’t need to explain every single thing. You can skip all questions if you don’t understand.

If there’s a need for price breaking it’s to encourage people to donate. It shows you’ll feel good knowing the money you spend will feed (and provide life to) a great cause. If there’s a need for people to know if there’s a real chance they could get an organ like a kidney, then let the size of jars go down and ask for more people to donate so we can make organ donation more available and less rare. Only let the questions that need explaining go on the questionnaire. If there’s not a need for any of them you can skip down to answering the questions below.

The Question — Why should people donate if it costs money?

The Goal — Give people a zero-risk way to support UCLA Life Sciences because our donors are seriously in need.

The Statement — Everyone should help save lives just by being kind, generous, and giving when their hearts speak.

Can I Give Blood?

Yes, but… there are a few conditions you must belong to If you feel comfortable. Sit down, relax, close your eyes and close your mouth. Feel the blood circulation in your body. Take deep breaths and relax your body. There are no special exercises to take, just take a nice, long breath and go sit back down. Inhale and exhale for about 3 seconds each. I know the 3-second exhale can be hard but try to relax again. This will help you get used to it and it’s totally normal. Yes, but… there are a few conditions you must belong to If you feel okay. When you feel comfortable, you are capable and creative. Kind of contradicts the statement. It’s an all or nothing — if you’re not comfortable, than you’re not free. Here’s an easy analogy. Consider going to an amusement park and you feel like a rat in a maze. You can choose law or chaos, which one are you more comfortable in. If you click either one, you’re going to die. But if you select law, you’re going to live longer and be more comfortable, for now.

You might be lacking something essential or you might be missing something easy. Don’t be perfectionistic with your workouts.

How To Get Ready?

Take whatever time is comfortable for you. Measure yourself, have a look at your general health. Then decide on the type of measurement you need. The next simple questions: At the beginning, imagine how it will feel to be a stranger in your own body. It will be awkward at the beginning, but the discomfort will pass and then you will be delighted. Our body remembers the pain from thousands of years ago. It remembers the blood pressure and the temperature we had during the operation. Eventually, we will beat most cancers, make most diabetic diseases and many other diseases that we never heard about because they happened since the time we were very young. Imaging studies confirm that this is true, if we accept blood donation.

After a couple of days, you will feel a strong desire and need to do it or you will give up. Let go of the longing. Don’t sound too shabby but don’t be too impatient. As big as the quest for gaining those new limbs is, imagine getting a new heart, a fresh skin, or a new life.
