Law 4:- Always say less than necessary- Take an example there is a person who speaks too much. If he asks or not but he gives advice and opinion to all persons. This is because after sometimes no one is taking his talk on serious bases even kids are not taking his talk seriously even his talk and important but no one looks to his talks. Now he also gets angry when he speaks to much time but no one is listening to his talks.

On the other hand, take the example of a person who speaks less. But when he speaks all listen to his talk to full concentration. Even when someone speaks in front of him. He quite and listen to the person who is speaking. Even the talk is not serious and important. These things show the power of less speaking.

The advantages of speaking less

1. It makes people reveal more about themselves. Because when you speak less the other person convince to speak more.

2. People are going to listen to your every word carefully.

3. Speak less will keep you away from saying something foolish and wrong.

Always remember that a powerful man speaks less to influence people.

Law 7:- Get others to do the work for you- To save our time and energy, we should take the other's knowledge, wisdom and legwork of other people can do it for us.

Thomas Edison uses this principle in a very good way

He hires a scientist Nicola Tesla and he says to him that he gives him 50000$ to modify his dynamos invention. Which now called generators. Tesla works day and night and makes a better version for him. Edison knows that tesla is very important to him. So without giving him 50000$ he increases his salary and he hires him. Tesla is the best example that we should never become. He creates most inventions but he never gave the credit to his work. Tesla will give 12 million $ for his work and patent. But he only gets 216000$ as his payment. Because he is working for another person and who enjoys the profit of his work.

The key which we learn from Edison here is that we should hire the best people in their fields and make them work to achieve our dreams.

Law 28:- Plan all the way end- The most common thing that cant makes us a successful person is that we cant make our end goals of life. That what we have to do at the end of our life. If you have big dreams then you will never say that 9 to 5 doing a job is your dream.

Conclusion 

If you want to become powerful you should decide your end-term goals. Then take the required steps to achieve your goals. Not the opposite of what we usually do.
