Is Hanta Virus is a new fear emerging from China after COVID-19 ?

"Would Hanta Virus be a new threat" is the debatable question nowadays.

This world is full of things which are still are not known but are living here. It's not Ghosts but the Dangerous Microorganisms.

What is Hanta Virus?

Hanta Virus belongs to the family of viruses, which is spread mainly by rodents and can cause various disease syndromes in the people worldwide, as said by a trusted agency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a leading national public health Institution of US.

In America, it is called "New World" and predicted to cause Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome (HPS). Most of the other kinds of these viruses are mainly found in Europe and Asia and is said to cause Haemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS) in those parts as per the reports.

Latest Case of Hanta Virus:

According to the latest reports, a person from South China's Yunnan province died of Hanta Virus infection while he was on his way to Eastern China's Shandong province, which published in Global Times.

"He was tested positive for Hanta Virus, Other 32 people on the bus were tested" is the exact Tweet by Global Times (GT).

 This Hanta Virus case comes at the time when the total count of those who are infected by Corona Virus (COVID-19) globally is nearing to 400,00 mark, and scientists are yet to find the cure for it. The Global Death has crossed the 16,500 marks recently.

 

Symptoms of Hanta Virus:

A person who is suffering from Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome might experience fatigue, fever, and muscle aches, especially in the thighs, hips, back, and sometimes shoulders. They might also get headaches, chills, and suffer from dizziness along with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal pain.

The late symptoms appear 4-5 days after the initial phase of illness, which includes coughing and shortness of breath, which is a bit the same as the Symptoms of COVID-19. The Hantavirus Syndrome can be fatal with its mortality rate of 38%.

An Infected may also develop sudden intense headaches and blurred vision. This accompanied by flushing of the face, inflammation, or redness of eyes or a rash.

Deaths occur in less than 1% to as many as 15% of the infected patients, as per the CDC says.

 

Treatment of Hanta Virus:

This might be tension raising amongst the respected viewers that, according to CDC, there is no specific treatment, cure, or a vaccine for this kind of virus, but studies are still going on for its healing, so the hopes are still alive. However, if the Victims are recognized in the early stage and provided with proper healthcare, the chances of their long term survival are increased.

 

Prevention of Hanta Virus:

Centers for Disease Control is specifically mentioning that rodent control is the primary necessity to prevent this virus. On gaining contact with the rodent's urine, droppings saliva and nesting material should not be touched physically while cleaning rodent-infested areas.

Further on the personal level, one should maintain personal hygiene and must keep the surroundings neat and clean to live a safe and happy life.

Life is beautiful, and We should not be afraid of such fears.
