SARS-Covid -2 virus was present in some parts of the human body even after 18 hours of death, which was found during the autopsy. Covid19 virus was active in the dead body of parts like mouth, throat and nasal area that too eighteen hours after the death is shocking point, hence crematorium to be done on at most care with precautions is necessary, there should not be any deviations than declared mandatory guidelines while performing the crematorium of the infected body. In the present treatment system, the severely infected person with Corona will be treated with artificial oxygen or ventilation or oxygen ventilators. The above-said finding indicates that the patient required thrombolytic therapies involving dissolving the clots in the body first. The air sacs were filled with clots, and that had to be dissolved first. Hence there is a need for research to understand the disease process and modify accordingly; instead of following WHO recommendations blindly, ICMR recommendations are based on WHO recommendations.
A lot more research needed to understand the Covid--19 diseases better; actually, these are needed to eliminate the fatality rate. These situations must not be used for other benefits, as usually, it is happening all over the world. All about humans' health, no pharma – research institutions/countries should not play an adverse role to get benefited economically, have to act genuinely- humanitarian.

Due to various studies, the internal changes brought about in the human body by plague, malaria, HIV, Ebola, and other diseases allow doctors to understand it clinically; now, there is an urge for best treatment; hence, more studies to be conducted about Coronavirus disease.
It is also noticed that organs of the human body are getting damaged gradually due to this virus; these conditions to be studied thoroughly and should come out with the best remedies’ for the human cause.
