Movies are a source of entertainment, knowledge, and kind of give a new journey or a new vision to our life.
Following up are the four movies you will enjoy in your QUARANTINE time:—
1) JOJO RABBIT
This one is my personal favorite; It's situated in a time of world war 2. It's a comedy and a dramatic movie that will surely give you a new vision of life.
SURELY ITS ALSO AN OSCAR WINNING MOVIE
the director of the film TAIKA WAITITI presented such horrific time in a nonserious, funny and dramatic way, such that the film stands out separately amongst most movies of 2019.
Jojo Rabbit is a movie about a German child who has an imaginary friend of his (Hitler)who encourages him, talk to him, and presents himself as the child's imagination of Adolf Hitler.
The story shows what all prejudices and teachings were there which gained the support of Germans in nazi party and how the child's mind is engaged in the Hitler supremacy
The story takes a turn when the child finds a Jewish girl hidden in his attic, who was brought in by the boy's single mother.
The mother of the child is portrayed as a good and generous lady who wants the war to be over and kind of not happy with what the child believes in about the party
The story revolves around what happens inside the child's mind and what actions he takes after he saw the girl
The movie also shows how the child deals with the situation and how the child gets sensitive towards the girl and shares his feelings and emotions, and what happens towards the ending of the war
DEFINATELY A BEAUTIFUL STORY AND A BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION.
2) ROCKETMAN
ROCKETMAN is a film based on the life of a British musician Elton John, who dressed in a devil's outfit joins an addiction rehabilitation center recounting his life in a flashback.
It's a tried and true jukebox musical fantasia seemingly prepackaged for the Broadway stage, packed with toe-tapping sing-alongs you've known and loved for decades.
Songs spring from significant moments in John's life, or so we're led to believe. And of course, there are plenty of montages: The obligatory depiction of John's hits rising up the charts and racking up gold records.
The concerts, headlines, and the adoring fans; the shopping sprees to spend his insane riches, the trying on of various ornate hats, glasses and spangled getups that go along the rock and roll.
It makes it truly worth watching a movie of 2019.
3) BOOK SMART
it's a wonderful story about high school seniors Amy and Molly, who have been best friends since childhood are considered pretentious by their peers. And hence to prove themselves cool, they go on a hilarious journey.
"Booksmart" is a stellar high school comedy with an A+ cast, a brilliant script loaded with witty dialogues, eye-catching cinematography, swift Editing, and danceable soundtrack.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, ITS INCREDIBLE AND FUN TO WATCH AGAIN AND AGAIN.
While playing homage of the teen comedies that have come before it, BOOKSMART sets itself apart with its characters at the center.
Molly, a type of bookworm obsessed with being on top of her class, and her best friend Amy, a quieter and no less driven feminist activist, worked hard to get in good colleges. When Molly finds out that her less studious classmates have also accepted into the same prestigious colleges, it shatters her understanding of the world.
Instead of enjoying their usual quiet night, Molly convinces Amy to dress up; they're going to party at least once before they walk across their graduation stage.
AND FROM HERE THE HILARIOUS JOURNEY OF THE TWO FRIENDS BEGIN.
4) MARRIAGE STORY
This movie presents the story of a stage director and his actor wife struggling through a grueling coast-to-coast divorce that pushes them to their personal and creative extremes. SUCH A BRILLIANT WORK AND A NOMINEE FOR OSCAR.
Divorce is described in Noah Baumbach's masterful "MARRIAGE STORY" as like a death without a body.
In his personal and moving story, Baumbach's captures the insidious nature of divorce, how two well-meaning people who still care about each other, will do things they would never think they would do.
Indeed, you're not the Kind of person who would use secrets as a weapon in divorce? Wouldn't you turn a child against a parent to gain an advantage? It's other people who do stuff like that
With remarkable grace and compassion for his characters, Baumbach portrays divorce as an equalizer, turning us into versions of ourselves we didn't expect to become in this comedy genre film.
CONCLUDING this article, I must say that these four stories will change your perspective of love and life.
