At present yoga means not only exercise or meditation,but it is an integral part of the daily life of many people of India and around the world.                                       

Yoga that is teaching us how to be connected with your inner self and supreme being.According to the yogic culture,the origin of the yoga is itself the initiator.Adi means first and Yogi is the originator of yoga. According to the yogic philosophy,Lord Shiva is not just only the God of Hinduism.He is the First Yogi.He was the one who gave this knowledge to the sapth Rishi. At present, world yoga day celebrated on  21 June every year under the the leadership of honorable prime minister of the India shree Narendra Damodar Das Modi. Which is now a festival with India as well as around the world.          

Maharshi Patanjali has also contributed greatly e on  the yoga.Patanjali Rishi was the world famous Acharya of ancient times. Hi who  introduced yoga to the whole of India as well as to the world, yoga helps us to overcomes various diseases of the body, as well as mental weakness, fear is removed, temptation and greed fade away and the character becomes radiant.   There are so many parts of yoga, we can usually see yoga in two ways, just a little meditation, and yoga asana. Although these two are integral parts of each other. Swami Vivekananda was also introduced yoga in a whole new way around the world. Shree Ramkrishna's disciple Swami Vivekananda imparted the invaluable knowledge of yoga all over the world.An infinite peace prevails in the consciousness of the person who is practicing yoga for every day.Among the yoga exercises notable are :-Surya namaskar, padmasana, vajrasana, mundukasana, chakrasana e.t.c.

At present Indian yoga guru Baba Ramdev is delivering this invaluable knowledge such as yoga again to the world. And also a another yoga guru sadguru through his Isha foundation has also introduced a new from of yoga in the new world. Yoga is not just about exercising or meditation it is an ancient Vedic process that connects a person with his eternal truth. Just as yoga helps maintain mental balance, yoga increases the The functioning of the human brain, combining the conscious and subconscious mind about the human being, thereby providing absolute peace in human life and consciousness.
