The only way to live is to live it with health and hope. "Health is Wealth". The greatest gift in life is the sound health and positive mind. Regular practice of Yoga keeps a perfect balance between body, mind and soul.

There are many benefits of Yoga:

* Increased respiration

* Increased circulation of blood 

* Increased concentration of mind 

* Self awarness

"Practice makes a man perfect". If Yoga be practised on a proper and regular basis, no doubt, these benefits will be well experienced. There are many different Yoga styles- Padmasana, Ustvasana, Jiwhasana and many more.

Each Asana has specific guidlines to follow. Setting aside  fifteen to thirty minutes a daily session is an adequate amount of time for beginners. Yoga is to be practised at least four hours before or after meal. It is recommended that a clean flat area free from pollution  and disturbance is to be chosen to practise Yoga preferably on  a Yoga mat or skidproofmat.

A Yoga practitionar should follw some specific guidelines : Breath slowly and quitely and quietly through the nostrils. Never hold your breath when moving into maintaining or coming out of any pose. Holding your breath can put a strain on heart. Move into each pose with a full awareness. Go as far as you can into the strech pose while maintaining  a correct alignment. Maintain correct alignment for safetly and effectiveness. Only work the muscles that are necessary to hold the pose and relax eyes, face, nedck and other muscles that are not necessory. When practising Yoga, always go at your own permissible pace. Proceed with right procedure and caution. Yoga helpsimmensely in controlling many chronic diseases, like Diabetes, Acidity, Gastric problems, High blood pressure, Low blood pressure, Cholesterol Rise, Heart problems,Depression and even fatal disease lie cancer.

So, we should do it just 15 minutes daily so we can avoid lots of diseases.
