Story: 1 Living a new life of self-reliance Sulochana Kumari of Ghetto in Ramgarh district is earning 10,000 rupees a month by training in skill development in beauty and wellness area and leading a happy life, but behind this smile, there is a long story of struggle. As soon as the training was completed, he was selected as Assistant Beauty Therapist at Birsa Munda Airport outlet of World Fame O to Spa. Today Sulochana is standing on her feet and raising her two daughters like a model mother.

His journey to reach here from a small village has been a struggle. Anjana's father used to work for unloading goods from vehicles. The family used to walk very hard. It was a distant study, but Anjana somehow passed the Class X examination. Then completed the inter studies. After this, Anjana got information about the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society. The skill training of the Medical Zone at Deendayal Upadhyay Skill Center located in Tatisilwe, Ranchi, gave a new life. Due to being from the Hindi background, there was some problem in the beginning, but in six months, he completed his course. Anjana has proved that even out of a small village, big dreams can be fulfilled.

Story: 4 Beauty changed life Kiran Kumari of Ghatotand in Ramgarh district is earning Rs. 10 thousand per month by training in skill development in the beauty and wellness sector. Saving his income, he also shares his father's hand in household expenses. Due to her talent and courage, Kiran is leaving the remote village and making her mark in the field of beauty. Kiran Beauty is working as Beauty Therapist at World Fame O2 Spa at Birsa Munda Airport, Ranchi. It was difficult to run a house with the income of the security guard father, but in the meantime, Kiran got information about the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society. Kiran had to come to Ranchi to get training. After completing training in four months, he was selected for the World Fame O2 Spa. Their skills have changed their lives today.
