Why do we all get sick? Know the reason

why the first happiness is a healthy body.  But today every person has become so busy in his life that he does not give any thought to his health.  Ignorance is the cause of most diseases. 

                                            

 Clean air, water, healthy food, and a clean place are necessary for good health.  For this, all the people in your family, children, elders, etc. should be made aware.  Lack of awareness is also a reason.  By doing this, the family and society can be freed from disease.

1. Five Doctors of Nature:-

 There are five doctors in our nature also.  These include water, air, earth, sunlight, and food.  If we protect them then we will also be protected. Today the situation is such that even getting clean air and water is a challenging task.  About 21 crore people in our country do not get clean drinking water.  

This causes many diseases.  Similarly, polluted air is also causing serious diseases.  Many cities in our country are among the top polluted cities in the world.  Similarly, if the earth is polluted, even the food it produces will not be able to keep us healthy. 

2 Changes in habits will keep you healthy:-

 The routine we are in, the way of working is giving stress, a person cannot fix it.  Everyone has to take initiative for this.  Adopt good habits.  Pursue your passion.  Listen to songs, go for a walk with the family.  get plenty of sleep.  Does yoga exercise daily?  Avoid any type of intoxication etc.

3 The body is made for standing, we are sitting more:- 

Our body is made for standing for more time but today the reverse is happening.  We've been sitting for too long.  Due to this, there are other serious diseases along with postural and mental diseases.  Similarly, our body is made according to sunlight and nature.  

But most people are not getting sunlight exposure.  We are forgetting the difference between day and night.  This is causing damage to the body clock.  Metabolism of the body is deteriorating due to living in air-conditioned rooms.  Digestive and hormonal diseases are happening.  

4 Fix cellphone free time for some time:-

 There are some evils of mobile too.  It keeps you busy.  To avoid this, fix your cellphone free time for one to two hours a day.  It can be morning or evening.  If you go for a walk, keep your mobile at home or in the car.  Make the bedroom a no-mobile zone.  Possible with 

5 positivity:- 

The best beauty of life is that you do your responsibility well.  With this, you can avoid all kinds of evils.  Habits can be good too.  You can settle down.  This can happen if you stay positive.  It also protects you from mental and physical ailments.  To be happy • Positivity is an essential condition.

The word health is basically made up of the whole.  When we say, "I feel healthy," it means that we feel a wholeness within ourselves.  From the point of view of medicine, if we are free from diseases then we are considered healthy.  But it is not really healthy. 
 
If we feel like a complete human being in body, mind, and spirit, then only we are truly healthy.  There are many people who are medically healthy, but they are not healthy in the true sense, because they do not feel well within themselves.
