Why Can’t I Lose Weight?

That is a question most people ask when their weight loss program is not working. Asking yourself, ‘Why, am I not losing weight?’ It is actually one of the best things you can do for yourself. Say you know what you are doing right now does not work for you. You're in a place where you're ready to look for alternatives - try something different to get the result you want. So why can't you lose weight? Here are 3 reasons you may not lose weight - and some suggestions for what you can do about it.

# 1) Medical Reasons Now this is not the same as being genetically predisposed to obesity.  In fact, scientists estimate that even if you are genetically predisposed, your genes make up only 15 - 25% of your current weight. So forget the genetic predisposition. But there are medical reasons that some people are not able to lose weight. Low thyroid gland, adrenal fatigue, insulin resistance and other medical conditions can make weight loss almost impossible. This is why, before you start any weight loss program, you should talk to your doctor first. Have a full-time job and make sure you do not have any health problems that stand in the way of losing your weight. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to lose weight, doing all the right things and not losing an inch - all because of the medical condition. Get a medical condition first and then deal with weight (in fact, weight may go down on its own once you get medical help).

# 2) Emotional Diet I recently read an article in which a nutritionist estimated that 75% of overeating was due to emotions. 75%! Can you imagine what it would be like if you learned to break free from emotional stress and cut out all those calories? What an impact on weight loss! Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Unfortunately, in today's world, emotional nourishment is on the rise. Many people today feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life. We do not have time to tie our shoes, never to deal with our emotions. As a result, our emotions are concentrated and ignored until they finally explode, and we head down to a bowl of Rocky-Road ice cream with extra chocolate sauce. Here's the thing: you're human, and you have emotions. Your emotional needs are important and need to be handled in a loving way. You need emotional upbringing and proper emotional support.  If that means you need to relax the air by making a shopping mall and shopping through the window after work - don't let anything stop you. Learn to take care of your emotional health, and you will eliminate emotional stress - and start losing weight IMMEDIATELY.

# 3) Different Weight Loss Program There are many ways to lose weight and there are plenty of weight loss programs to choose from. Some programs emphasize dietary modification, others emphasize exercise modification, others focus on the inner shoes of overeating. Everyone is different and will lose weight in their own unique way. If what you are doing now is not working right now, it could be a simple matter of individual system differences. Maybe instead of a diet-focused weight loss program, you may feel better with an exercise-based weight loss program or a mental weight loss program. There are so many options to choose from, and you should take the time to find one that fits your personality and lifestyle. If you think so, take the time to review various diet or weight loss programs. Find one that you can be happy with, that makes sense to you, and that fits your beliefs and personality. That's when you will make real progress in losing weight! So these are 3 possible reasons for your weight loss platform. You do not have to stay in the race for weight loss. You don’t have to keep asking yourself this frustrating question: Why Can’t I Lose Weight? ’Keep believing in yourself and your dreams. Do not give up hope, and you will get there!
