Who will win the IPL trophy 2020

The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad hosted the Indian Premier League final of 2023 on May 29, 2023. It was a Day/Night Twenty20 match that would determine the Indian Premier League (IPL), an annual Twenty20 competition in India, 2023 season winner.

Rain forced the match, which was initially supposed to take place on May 28th, to be moved to May 29th. This was the first time the IPL final had been rescheduled because of bad weather. Gujarat Titans broke the record for the highest team total in an IPL final with 214 runs for four wickets after Chennai Super Kings won the toss and decided to field.[1] The Super Kings' innings was delayed by more than an hour due to bad weather, and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method was used to change the goal to 171 runs in 15 overs. The team eventually won by five wickets, winning their fifth IPL title.

The Titans, who were called to bat, got off to a strong start thanks to openers Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill, who helped the team reach 50 runs in 5.2 overs. At the end of the first power play, which lasted six overs, the team had scored 62 runs without losing any wickets. Gill was the first to fall, bowled by Ravindra Jadeja and eventually stumped by MS Dhoni. It was 39 runs in 20 balls for him.[27] Saha was joined by Indian batsman Sai Sudharsan, and the two scored 64 runs together before Dhoni caught Saha off the bowling of Deepak Chahar. At the conclusion of, the score was 131 runs for the cost of 2 wickets.

Rain caused the Super Kings innings to be postponed, resulting in a 15-over game with a revised goal of 171 runs to win the championship and the finals.[27] The Super Kings got off to a strong start as Indian batsman Ruturaj Gaikwad and New Zealand batsman Devon Conway opened the batting, hitting 52 runs off of 4 overs from the opening power play. The first player out was Gaikwad, who was dismissed for 26 runs after being bowled by fellow Afghan spinner Noor Ahmad and caught at backward point by Afghan all-rounder Rashid Khan.[27] Conway was out of the game the same over after Mohit Sharma had dismissed him off Ahmad.[27] Indian hitter Shivam Dube joined Impact as a substitute.
