Who was Quaid-e-Azam?

It is said that the history of the world is, in fact, the biography of a great person. All great revolution and all progress of different cultures and civilizations are the results of the mental, physical, and spiritual struggle of these great people.

Most honored among them those who released the suffering humanity from the chains of slavery. They won freedom for others at the expense of their own health and happiness. Quaid-e-Azam is one glorious example. He was a great leader of the Muslims of India.

Quaid-e-Azam was the real founder of Pakistan and the liberator of the Muslims of India. He was a great leader and a selfless worker. He had to fight against the British and Hindus for the achievement of Pakistan.

He was suffering from serious diseases which have destroyed his health. The doctors advised him complete rest, but he understood that there was a great political mission before him.

He was always restless for his nation. He wants to translate the demand of his nation into reality. He faced all the problems of his political life like a hero. It was his devotion to the mission and selflessness of people, which made Pakistan possible.

He had a strong determination. He continued to fight for his aim until he achieves them. He did not think or care about his poor health which was a struggle to achieve Pakistan.

On 13th August 1947, Quaid-e-Azam drove back to the assembly building along with Miss Fatima Jinnah. Lord Mountbatten and Lady Mountbatten reached them after a long while. Hundreds of people were there to witness this historical state drive.

After the ceremony, Quaid-e-Azam drove back to the governor-general house along with Lord Mountbatten. During this drive, their lives quite unsafe. There were reports that the Sikh leaders had planned to kill him on this occasion. Quaid-e-Azam is also aware of this risk. But he refused to abandon this state function.

When the couch entered Governor-general house, the Quaid-e-Azam said to Mountbatten

"Thank God, I have brought you back alive."

The constituent assembly elected Quaid-e-Azam the first president of the constituent. Nawab Zada Liaquat Ali Khan move a revolution and giving the title of Quaid-e-Azam to Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He said that Quaid-e-Azam was Ata Turk or Stalin of Pakistan. Quaid-e-Azam proved himself a strong mettle person.

Quaid-e-Azam said that

" Failure is a word unknown to me."

Quaid-e-Azam was a thin and lean man. But he was full of vim and vigor. He struggled hard to get a separate homeland for the Muslims of India.

Hard work told upon his health. But he neglected it and continued his struggle with full zeal and zest. But he ignored the advice of his doctors. To his mission was important than his health.

Pakistan had emerged on the maps of the world. But the hands that had laid its foundation were now too week to erect it's building. Quaid-e-Azam had grown old and senile. But his nation determined to make Pakistan a powerful, peaceful, and prosperous country.

But it is a pity that our nation forgives his promise and falling prey to corruption and terrorism and thus cutting the very roots of their country with our own hands.
