If you learn the following important software on how to operate them properly, you can make you advance than others and can not be dependent on them. If you know the English language, you can solve any computer-related problems very easily. Only some basic knowledge needs to require. Most of the students don't aware of learning some important software. For this reason, they face different problems in their future professional life. At least the given software operating knowledge is very necessary for your student life. If you can learn more valuable software it will be more excellent. Here only some basic ideas have given on knowledge of computer software.
1. Operating System setup
The operating system is the soul of any computer. So you just need to have proper knowledge about it. First, you should know the model of your computer, requirements for setting up the operating system. The USB boot process is the best way to disk.

You can learn more precisely according to your computer model from different sources. Search it on the internet and youtube because these procedures vary on the computer model. 2. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
For typing or writing a document, presentation preparation and statistical or mathematical calculation with data analysis you need to know Microsoft Word, PowePoint and Excel respectively. These are widely used applications in the world.

3. SPSS, Minitab, Statistix 10, SAS and Stata
The above Softwares are used for statistical data analysis in business, research, report findings and any other important analyzing purposes.

4. R Studio and MATLAB
R studio and MATLAB are very highly influential and precise software where you can analyze the data by using your own choice of algorithms and commands.

Both two software can use for complex mathematical and statistical analysis purposes.
5. Adobe Reader, Photoshop and Illustrator
Adobe Reader is a very useful tool for opening your pdf documents, editing, merging, and exporting pages separately. For editing your pictures Adobe Photoshop is the best.

For making a banner and any other designing purposes you can choose Adobe Illustrator. This above three software mostly used in several sectors.
Operating of any software depends on your brainstorming, patience, English language skill and some basic ideas about the software. Some students think that the use of this software is very tough. Most of them skip learning valuable software. But if you tried it with a proper concentration, you can succeed. You can learn through the internet, course, book or by learning with the help of your teachers.
It is a very sorrowful matter that some are forgotten after some years of learning the uses of softwares. If they make a notebook of basic important points and learn through proper concentration with brainstorming, they can re-operate them after several years.
