When thalapathy vijay come to politics

The announcement of Indian star Vijay's political career has long been spoken about. Fans have been wondering about the actor's impending political debut, and his numerous charitable endeavors have further fuelled the gossip. Recent media sources suggest that the actor may be entering politics earlier than expected. However, his entrance might come with a price.

Following the release of Thalapathy68, Vijay is reportedly taking a sabbatical from acting. The actor will take a hiatus to focus on entering politics, but he will still run in the 2026 assembly election.

In fact, a great deal of excitement is anticipated if Thalapathy68 proves to be the actor's last movie. With Thalapathy Vijay's enormous fan base and notoriety, the enthusiasm and expectation around his upcoming film is probably going to be something new for Tamil cinema.

Vijay's father, film director S A Chandrasekhar, has long been associated with his aspiration to become a politician. Many months after he cut ties with his father, he gave a clear hint of his intentions last June when he showed up to a student gathering in Chennai. There, he called on schoolchildren to persuade their parents not to take money from politicians in exchange for votes and to educate themselves about political figures like B R Ambedkar, Periyar E V Ramasamy, and K Kamaraj, therefore initiating a national dialogue.

Top politicians have been cautious in responding to suspicions regarding his political entry since the reports first arose, mainly because he is younger, as popular as movie stars like MGR or superstarRajinikanth, and has a fan base that is significantly larger than KamalHassan or even the late Captain Vijayakanth. Leaders of the Udhayanidhi, and Annamalai have all appeared to support his action. Seeman even foresaw Vijay's arrival as a catalyst for the rise of non traditional voices in state politics.
