What to do sitting home

As we all know, the pandemic has changed our lives, routine, and also thinking. This situation is critical and crucial because we don't have ways to solve problems we used to do in everyday life. We don't have solutions as things are not in our hands, and this all leads to alot of tension we cannot bear, but this doesn't seem right. It cannot change situations. We have to change our mindsets. We have to develop our minds and skill to fight from these problematic days and overcome gracefully.

 

 

There is alot from this line to take it positively as we know if our brain is in good condition, we can good at most things, but this is the heavy task to make mind sharp and bold to tackle problems. It not that hard. We can do it easily need to follow our interests and heart. We should pursue our interests and hobbies progressively and adequately to be stronger. Doing things we like and enjoy makes mental peace.

 

 

Now what are hobbies, it's nothing but the items you want to do, it can be anything drawing, painting, singing, dancing, watching movies, talking to people, writing, reading, playing games, cooking, exercise, etc. alot anything which can you feel nice and calm but should do all this positively and progressively don't get addicted of anything don't make things as you can't live without it, you need to do is make your self relax, busy, motivated and positive enjoy doing stuff it's makes our mind peace that's lead to a sharp and bold brain, develop your skills make another interact with you feel inspired by you that make your bond good with other, and that's the prettiest thing you achieve in your life friendship, love, memories.

 

 

Thinking good thing makes a good heart, and doing good things makes your brain bright. Everyone needs each other support to be strong, and we can be powerful if we are together. Now the goal is to do one thing, one hobby each day, one new skill each month, and develop your brain each second do not overthink that's the critical thing we all should do and also tricky because we can't stop ourselves not to think as we do it every time but try to be your thinking in a positive way and make yourself busy in doing things you like to make a stunning schedule eat healthily and to work out to make your health good.

 

 

Love yourself never give up on anything try it three to thousands of time to make it perfect we can, and we will do, make every moment enjoy full and the biggest reason to be happy is you are alive atleast do a thing too much that don't have this and that make your self powerful so that you can achieve anything by yourself and spread love atleast make everyone smile and laugh those are around you
