iStock5/8Say No To Oily Food Individuals who are obese or have diabetes are at increased risk of developing fatty liver. Hence, such people should avoid oily, greasy, and deep-fried food. Fried food items contain a lot of fats which generate free radicals when digested, which can damage the liver. Including olive oil in the diet helps in maintaining a low level of fat in the liver and improving the liver enzymes. Non-vegetarians can also choose roasted and grilled meat options.
