What keeps our Brain Healthy?

There will not be any person on this earth, who does not want to be healthy. When you want to remain healthy, it includes your brain health as well. Have you ever heard that to maintain your brain to remain healthy, you have to give it nutrition as well, that is by reading on a regular basis? Perhaps, you might have heard about that, have not you?

Well, first, how long it takes per day or how many magazines or books per week that preferably you must read? I believe that there is no specific rule on how many pages or how many books you must read on a regular basis. To my knowledge, however, fifteen minutes of reading time a day is enough. It could be emphasized here that you read for fifteen minutes with full concentration and attention. Why it has to be in a deep concentration?

In fact, it has been recommended that our brain could have full concentration or only fifteen minutes during the reading time. So, it seems that your maximum capacity to cope with the complete understanding through what you are reading is fifteen minutes, too. One thing after the other, after fifteen minutes of reading something, what will happen? It is more likely that your brain tends to not having its maximum power anymore.

Therefore, fifteen minutes of reading practice with full attention is highly advised on a day-to-day basis. You may believe or not, but this is based on research carried out on the capacity of the human brain. Then again, basically, it depends on the capacity of everyone's brain to deal with it or how much reading can make them feel enjoy with it. So happy reading, acquires knowledge, and more importantly, get a better brain health.

It would appear that fifteen minutes is also the utmost time you can handle to fully comprehend what you are reading. What will occur after reading something for fifteen minutes, one thing after another? Your brain probably doesn't function at its peak capacity anymore. As a result, practicing reading for fifteen minutes each day while paying attention is strongly recommended.
