What is the process to activate Google AdSense?

First, you have to create your Google AdSense account but is not completed yet, you need to activate your Google AdSense account.

After it, your site or blog is available to show ads, as a result, you earn money.

I've divided the whole process into three steps :

Payment address details, Phone verification, Connecting your site to AdSense.

1.Fill payment address details

First, you will need to complete your payment address details.

All the information you will enter must be correct. If it will not correct then you get not paid. 

You will need first to choose the type of your account.

There will two types of options, individual or business account type.

You think what's the difference between both, so first, understand both have the same payment or service structure, there's no difference in both.

The payee name of the account holder gets paid out in case of individual account type while in the business account type paid out to the company name.

Be careful while choosing the account type, because it might not possible to change the type of account after the activation of it.

After that, you will enter your name and then fill address.

It's very important your full name, that you will enter exactly as same as it appears in your banking details.

Please make sure your name and address are correct because it very crucial information to don't get into further problems at paying out time.

Also, note that you must receive mail at this address. When your Google AdSense account the spouse reaches the verification threshold, Google AdSense will mail you a personal identification number.

Then you will need to enter it into your Google AdSense account.

2. Your phone verification

Phone verification is not essential in all countries, but if it's essential for you, then you will be able to see a type of card on your Google AdSense home page.

You will be able to see your phone number, which is listed in the phone number field if you have verified a phone number before for Google.

Then choose such a phone number if it is exciting, for your Google AdSense. 

If this case not valid for you then you will need to choose the method you did like for receiving the code via a voice call or a text, after entering your phone number.

Please also make sure that you have used the international format for entering your phone number. It's, a plus sign, followed by the country code, the area code, and then the phone number.

3. Connecting your site to your AdSense

Connecting your site to Google AdSense is the last step you need to follow. 

It's an easy step but a little tricky, so be careful.

You'll need to copy the code from your Google AdSense account and then paste it into the HTML of your site.

You will need to paste the code between the head text and the head.

Google AdSense recommends the Site kit plugin to WordPress users.

Make sure that you have double-checked that you have pasted the code in the same site that you have added to your Google Adsense account. 

If Google AdSense did not detect the ad code on your site then your account would not be activated.
