The name "multiverse" was developed on the basis of several theories. It rests on a few hypotheses and is a subset of the larger field of cosmology. According to historical accounts, Greek Atomism made reference to the multiverse. There, the universe and worlds are said to as infinite. It started to become more noticeable around middle age. Multiverse universe theories have been explored outside of cosmology in the fields of science, astronomy, religion, and literature of various kinds.
Several Universes: A More Comprehensive ViewYou can also refer to a multiverse as an endless multiverse in a more general sense. These are referred to as parallel universes in literature. These include all of the abstract concepts that characterize existence, such as information, matter, energy, and space. There are also physical laws and constants in each parallel universe that allow for their mathematical definition.To date, a large number of scientists have investigated the quantum multiverse and looked for conclusive proof of its existence. The most recent instance is from 2010, when Stephen N. Feeny conjectured that our universe may have collided with another universe in the distant past based on his analysis of WMAP (Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe) data.
Nevertheless, the Planck Satellite's results disproved the bubble universe collision theory. Because the satellite's clarity was three times greater than that of the WMAP, the majority of scientists held that belief. The ANITA setup made the claim in 2016 that they had discovered a parallel universe where time runs backwards, although NASA's multiverse study is still ongoing.
Because they were unable to observe any gravitational attraction from other worlds, the majority of scientists did not accept the multiverse theory before until 2016.
