Awareness of health on a national level:
It is necessary to see health improve, doing more of the same we need a bold mix of national and local leadership and action to be taken, which means national politicians need to give away some power and consideration to change the thought of their people while using the power they have to better effect. The taxation department could perform a great role in collecting funds for population health and awareness.

Roles and Contribution:

As part of this, the role of Public Health organizations should be reviewed to ensure the authority to provide effective leadership and challenge to the government.
