What is science?Is the science boon or curse?

Science is the greatest blessing that man could ever receive. It is indeed a boon and a blessing, if used for the benefit of mankind and for constructive purposes, unless it becomes a tool in the hand of a few selfish and evil-minded people. Science is a boon or benefit to us because it provides us with a systematic way of asking and answering questions about the observable physical and living things around us. Science provides us with a way to model possible outcomes by using the experimentation model with controlled variables. Every aspect of our modern human existence circles back to science.  We  are talking food, recreation or the classroom. Some people argue science has proven more a bane than a boon, while others argue how it has made our lives easier and brought us out of the Stone Age. Science and technology are very useful for every factor. Today, Medical science have treatment for every disease and due to which, Humans are diseases free ; Computers ! Computers have made our life so easy, and we can use them to store our information and data. Transportation is also an important invention by science. The distillation technique of zinc production goes back to the 12th Century AD and is an important contribution of India to the world of science. According to data from the US agency, the National Science Foundation (NSF), India is currently in third place, only behind China and the United States, with 1,35,788 scientific articles in the year 2018, the DST said. India Science is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTTO) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India, implemented and managed by Vivian Prasad (VP), an autonomous organization of the Department of Science and Technology. The Downfall of Scientific Advancements in India. Necessity is the mother of Invention and since in the precolonial era, people were satisfied with their simple agricultural based lifestyle, they did not feel the need for innovation and invention. Hence, lagged behind in scientific advancements. India gave the world its first university - Tagore University. As early as 700 B.C., there existed a giant University at Tagore, located in the northwest region of India. It had 300 lecture halls, laboratories, a library and a towering observatory for astronomical research. India is considered one of the potential superpowers of the world. This potential is attributed to several indicators, the primary ones being its demographic trends and a rapidly expanding economy and military. In 2015, India became the world's fastest growing economy with a 5% estimated GDP rate in mid-year terms Indians invented zero and the number system, one of the greatest innovations in history. The decimal system, the value of pi, algebra, trigonometry, calculus and many mathematical concepts were all born in India. India is home to one of the oldest civilizations in the world. From the traces of hominoid activity discovered in the subcontinent, it is recognized that the area now known as India was inhabited approximately 250,000 years ago.
