       Hi people lifestyle and healthy life is not difficult to live in the society, In recent time people are living very fast and very unhealthy lifestyle, because of food habits its affects the both health and lifestyle. Let we know and follow the 3 ways to improve our lifestyle and healthy.

1. Be Wakeup Early In The Morning.

      We are doing the major mistake in the life is , we are not wakeup early in the morning the scientific research says the person who are wakeup early, they are very active and clever mind persons. So be wakeup early and second thing sit and drink one glass of water fresh up your stomach, and this is Chinese water treatment also its used to improve the nerve power.

2. Eat Healthy Food.

     Choose your food easily digestive. Concentrate with what we eat its healthy are not for our body be know about the food. Eat breakfast at morning 8am , lunch at 1pm and dinner before 7.30pm. Take fruits and vegetables continuously  and drink water properly 

3. Exercise Regularly.

      We are living in the technology world and competitive world so we are ready to do every thing, the healthy and physical fitness is help to manage that. So be wakeup early and do same type of exercise gives the energy and power to survive in the most tough situations.
