What is java?

Java is a powerful, simple, general purpose computer language. Which is used to make mobile and desktop applications.

Java is a computer language and platform just like C ++. But it is also more advanced than C ++ and its feature is simple. It is absolutely free to use. And it works on all platforms. Java is an object-oriented and secure language.

Java was developed in 1995 by the Sun Microsystems company. Which is part of oracle company. James Gosling is called the grandfather of the Java language. It was named Oak before Java. But there was already a company registered under the name Oak. Due to this, its name was changed to Java.
