What is Hummankey and why is it in the church? and how will the new cable system increase data transmission capability?

1 How will the new cable system increase data transmission capability?

  Japan, the USA, and Australia have come forward to lay such state-of-the-art and high-capacity cabling within the sea.  According to Japan's multinational company NEC Condition, this will bring the data transmission capacity to about 10,000 DVDs per second.  This will enable the three countries to secure their infrastructure in the Pacific region and they will also avoid problems like data theft, burglary, and internet speed reduction or shutdown.  Let us tell you that 99% of the communication and data transfer to the world takes place through cable laid within the sea.

 These cables are made of thin optical fiber and are buried deep within the ocean.  The demand for cable installations is increasing with the growth in the global communications sector.  In March, representatives of the governments of three countries, the industry and the education sector, in a formal meeting in this context, agreed to the laying of submarine cable.  They also agreed to share China's activities with each other.  Companies from Japan, the USA, and Europe have a 99 percent stake in under-sea cable all over the world.  China ranks fourth.  It is not hidden that China has been building a large economic bloc through its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) for a long time.  China is particularly keen to expand its influence on the island states of the Pacific, which have friendly ties with Taiwan.

2 How will the European Union prevent threats from artificial intelligence?

The European Union has proposed some strict standards to prohibit some unacceptable 'uses of artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence (AI).  The European Union will impose restrictions on certain applications of AI technology, which pose a clear threat to people's safety, livelihood, and rights.  Not only this but the use of biometrics will also be limited in the proposals, due to which the law enforcement agencies or authorities make facial recognition.  Facial recognition is proposed only when it is necessary to do so due to terrorist attacks, detection of missing children, and other security reasons.

 In particular, facial recognition has been a contentious issue of AI.  Civil rights groups, such as the digital rights group 'EDRI', have also warned of threats by law enforcement agencies about mistakes or misidentification when using AI technology.  It is seen that AI sometimes misidentifies women and people on the basis of black skin and voice.  Other high-risk applications of AI could endanger people's safety or pose other legal problems.  These are the latest efforts of the European Union to establish a global standard.  These proposals will prevent those big companies.

Which has taken over the world's vast and developed market through AI technology.  The largest companies of AI are in the United States and China.  Google, Microsoft are companies in the United States, while in Beijing, China, there is technology company Baidu, and business company Tencent is also there.  But if these companies want to sell their goods to consumers in Europe or want to do business then they can be forced to follow the rules.  Key Points: Companies may be fined up to 6% of their total turnover for violation of rules or non-compliance with data requirements;  Relatively low fines on companies that will not comply with the standards described in the new regulations;

 The rules will apply to both developers and users of high-risk AI technology;  At-risk AI providers have to assess equality before replacement;  High-risk AI also includes high-quality datasets that can test reliability;  Low-risk AI applications such as video games or undesirable e-mail filters are not included in the new rules;  National market watchdog officials will implement the new rules;  A board will be created to enforce regulators across Europe;  It may take years for the proposed regulations to take the form of legislation.

3 What is Hummankey and why is it in the church?

  For the first time, scientists from the United States and China together have created a bone by combining the pillar cells of man and monkey. The purpose of this experiment is to develop new organs for humans in the future.  Prof. of the Salk Institute for Biological Science, California.  Juan Carlos and Howard Vivi's bioethicist Insuan have engaged in such experiments.  They injected 25 column cells of the human into the monkey's embryo.  The results of this experiment were surprising after one day.  Within the monkey embryo, 132 cells of humans have developed.

 The stories of half-human beings and half-creatures are found very much in Indian myths and folklore of Greece.  Narasimha, the incarnation of Vishnu, is very popular in this episode.  However, about 95 years ago, Russian scientist Ilya Ivanovich has done such experiments.  Ilya had claimed to the zoologists of the world that they were soon going to make 'human creatures by the combination of humans and chimpanzees.  Ilya could not reach the end of his experiments.  But now there are ways to make this fantasy come true.  Now, let us look at a passage in the struggle between the Devas and the Devas mentioned in the Mahabharata.  When Indra deceitfully kills a demon named Rambha, Shukracharya extracts semen from Rambha's dead body and implants it in a buffalo.  As a result, the buffalo's head Mahishasura demon was born.  Shukracharya did not stop here, after Mahishasura's death, he planted her semen in the elephant's garb.  As a result, the Hathsura monster was born.
