In simple words," blog is a platform for sharing your ideas, thoughts, and your passion with the world through the internet."
In the same way, "sharing your ideas, thought and your passion using deferent types of a blog called blogging."
Today is an essential and effective tool which mostly used by marketers for online marketing of their services or products. Many of people use blogs as their income source by monetizing a blog and generat revenue. Using Ads on blogs or affiliate marketing, bloggers can earn a commission. By using different types of platforms like Blogger, wordpress, medium, Tumblr, and LinkedIn, everyone can create their blog to introduce and can share their thoughts, ideas, and passion with the digital world.

The term was introduced by Jorn Barger In 1997. First used as 'web blog' or diary. Primarily used by Journalists and writers. In 1999 the term was shorted to blog by Peter marholz, and it completely became mainstream in 2002.

It's a software to creating a blog. To create and publish your blog, you need a platform like Blogger, Wordpress, Medium, Tumblr, and Linkedin. People mostly prefer the Wordpress platform for blogging cause there are many customizing options are available.

For creating a blog, you need to choose your topic first and. You have to choose a topic in which you can post a 30-40 blog post. then You need a hosting to store your data online.you have to buy a hosting which is monthly or yearly payments. after that, you need a domain name for your blog. It is also payable. You have to buy the correct domain related to your topic.
You can also use blog free, but there are limitations that are why bloggers mostly use a payable hosting and domain with great customizing features.

personal Blog used to share your personal thoughts on a particular topic. People write posts on a specific topic along with their thoughts on that topic. People are also used as a personal diary.
2) Business Blog
A business blog is used to promote the company through blogs. Business blog focus on the topic related to the company. The company represents a team of bloggers to write a post on company-related topics.
3) Niche Blog
Niche Blog is mostly used by specialists on a specific topic to attract visitors. it's focused on a single topic. Ex- food blog, parenting blog, teachers blog, etc.
4) Affiliate Blog
By using Affiliate Blog blogger, earn commission by affiliate marketing.by promoting products and sell them by unique link affiliate marketer get paid commission.

The term Blogosphere introduced in 2002. It's a community of blogs that are interconnected. Term contained to include all blogs and the way these blogs are interconnected.

The links from other websites called a backlink.' the link which is putting in on the blog through another source or another website these links are backlinks. Many bloggers use these links for their readers to get appropriate information on that particular topic with visiting backlinks.
