What foods help in glowing skin?

There are certain foods that can naturally make your skin glow. These are –

The water 

Drink plenty of water for beautiful skin. Drinking enough water increases the softness and brightness of the skin. When the amount of water in the skin decreases, various problems including acne appear. So for good health you should drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water every day.
