The term 'healthy lifestyle' is heard almost everywhere these days - on television, on social media platforms as well as in magazines.  The need to follow a healthy lifestyle through these mediums is emphasized but people still ignore it and continue with their healthy lifestyles and ultimately suffer the consequences.

A healthy lifestyle mainly involves following healthy eating habits, getting enough sleep and squeezing some time each day for physical exercise.  However, most people get so stuck with their daily work that they neglect their health.  Ignoring your health is the worst thing you can do on your own.  Many people realize this only when they develop some health problems.
