What are the features of our Pet "Dog" !

In this article, we are going to know about an interesting and different topic. And its about, one of our pets unique feature and how it performs... Can anyone guess it! Yes. Its a Dog. A Dog's Nose is special for a number of reasons. The lines on dog's nose are like a human being's fingerprints and can be used to identify it. If you dab food coloring on your dog's nose with a tissue, you can make a nose print that will differ from that of any other dog. Smell is a dog's most prominent sense and the one that is the most different from humans.

Biologically, their noses are one of their most important parts and they use their noses for many things along with their noses being very sensitive to smell. A dog's sense of smell is 10,000 to 100000 times better than ours. So while we touch their noses it will scare them sometimes because it's their most important body part. Dog's has increased heart rate and show the signs of stress when they sniff the sweat of humans.

This is the reason why humans use specially trained dogs to smell out hidden explosives and drugs and to track people and animals. Unlike humans, dogs process the air they breathe in two different ways. A dog's nose is divided into two by a flap. One tunnel goes its lungs and the other leads to a passage that is filled with more than 300 million tiny sense organs than that of humans have six million sense organs.  No wonder dogs want to use their amazing noses to sniff at everything when we take them for a walkout's .  Their brain is devoted to analyze smells 40 times greater than us. They are attracted to new and interesting odors.
