So lets begin with the current scenario in India, we Indians are boycotting Chinese products and in India there is a huge market and inflow of chinese products and specially in field of mobile phones. There are several Chinese brands like Xiomi , Realme , Redmi , Vivo , Oppo and so on and there are very less number of Indian brands that are known to us . According to a research we know only 30% of total prevailing mobile phone brands . And even the brands which we know we dont buy from those brands because either good quality phones are expensive or the ones which are cheap are not up to the mark according to our needs .And because of such reasons we buy Chinese mobiles .
Chinese companies are able to make good quality phones at cheap cost because of better human capital and advanced technology . They produce the components of phones at a very cheap rate which reduces their cost of production and helps them to sell the final product at a cheap rate but without compromising their profit share .
So now my business plan includes the major step taken by our Prime Minister - Make in India programme , and says that a person or an organization may start an Indian company of mobile phones by hiring specialized human capital which will enhance the existing technology in India to reduce the production cost . Now I will explain the whole plan in different phases -
1 - A team of individuals should be formed and is going to be termed as study team which will study the components of the Chinese smartphones to understand how they were developed and what plans will reduce the cost of production without compromising with the quality of our products.
Now a team of developers will be formed to develop designs of the phones because the trend is changing and the period of those old cuboidal shaped phones has gone now people want some uniqueness in the designs , news layouts will shock the market and the aim should be to go beyond imagination and produce something out of the box . This team will also decide what should be placed in the mobile and its location .
Now a team of producers will be formed who will produce the phones with the help of ideas of developers and study team by reducing the cost of productions . Basically they will give a physical presence to this business idea in form of a smartphone .
Now comes the sales department which will promote and advertise the company .
Now finally comes the Customer Care to listen to people's problems.
2 - Once all this will be set up then comes the phase of distibution . Since we Indians are really patriotic so we won't hesitate to buy Inidan phones unless and until we dont get our needs fulfilled so in order to provide best quality phones the comapny should focus on - Mobile lagging problem , heating problem the screen should not be hard to touch , battery life should be long , phones should be budget friendly for middle class people and finally comes the life span of the mobiles which should be as long as possible . These were my personal expectations , different people might have different opinions and the company might create a survey team to know better expectations of different people . At this point of time when China is being boycotted if such type of company comes into existence it can gain a huge control over Indian market and can make Millions and Billions because smartphone is a product which has become like a necessity for everyone and an Indian brand arises at such a crucial time then what is better than this for Inidans .
3 - Last phase is that India has a large number of population which plays PUBG so if this brand produces its smartphones that can handle PUBG really well so the Indian youth will 100% buy Indian smartphones . Chinese smartphones are not only sold because they have good camera or have better storage 90% of those mobile phones are purchased because they can handle PUBG and are of cheap rate because everybody cannot afford IOS so they go for Redmi or Realme , so if the company can produce the smartphones which can run PUBG easily at high end and the products are of cheap rate then the owner of this company will sleep on a bed made of gold . For this people should be asked what problems they face while playing PUBG so the company can make the phones in such a way that the players wont face any problems then you are ready to create a market standing in Indian market.
