To fix the error code 6094, you have to restrict your antivirus application from scanning the QB Desktop directory. You need to add QB as an exception by following the methods given here:

For PC Tools Internet Security Application

Follow the steps to restore the files that have been quarantined by the application:

  • Go to the Settings option and click on Quarantine.

  • Then, choose the required items from the list and restore them.

  • After that, click Yes and OK.

 

Follow the given steps to add an exception and prevent the QB directory from getting scanned:

  • From the PC Tools Internet Security menu, go to Settings.

  • Then, select the Global Action List, followed by the Add button, and select the files that you want to exclude from scanning.

  • And select the OK button.

For AVG Anti-Virus application

Steps to prevent QB directory from getting scanned in AVG are as follows:

  • Close QB Desktop and open the AVG Anti-Virus User Interface.

  • Then, click twice on Resident Shield and tap on Manage Exceptions.

  • Rename it to its original name, like qbdbmgrn.exe.
