Benefits of Vegetables for Healthy Life

Every person around the world wants to live a healthy life. For this reason, people need to concentrate on what they are eating on a daily basis.

Vegetables and leaves are the best solutions to keep our health good.

Several diseases can be kept bay if we include vegetables and leaves in our daily diet as our forefathers did. Moreover, it helps prevent conditions anemia and diabetes as these vegetables are rich in antioxidants, vitamins A B E, and K, magnesium, calcium,  protein,  and minerals. Eating these vegetables are helps prevent heart diseases.

During summer by including bitter gourd, snake gourd, and bottle gourd in our daily menu we give the digestive system a boost as they contain plenty of fiber and water.

 

Another important item is coriander leaf which has high iron content and is anti-allergic. Coriander leaves also help prevents skin diseases and ulcer in the mouth, enable digestion, ensure proper menstrual cycle, and reduce cholesterol. 

 

While mint leaves prevent tuberculosis, prostate cancer,  and abdominal disease, it also helps digestion and enhances memory. 

To prevent fever, asthma, and disease of mouth the leaves of holy basil (Tulasi) are ideal.

 

Half the composition of ladies'' fingers comprises soluble fiber.  This reduces cholesterol levels and the risk of an aa annualallattack. The other part which is insoluble fiber helps digestion.

 

Drumsticks leaves which are rich in vitamins are good for breastfeeding women. These leaves keep cholesterol and blood sugar at normal levels.

 

Green chilies aid digestion. They are beneficial to diabetes patients and have the capacity to reduce blood sugar levels. Green capsicum, being an antioxidant, can check to swell. Pain and swelling caused by rheumatism can also be reduced by consuming green chilies. 

 

Yet another vegetable with significant fiber content is beans. It can prevent abdominal diseases and enhance immunity with vitamins A C K and B6 and folic acid in plenty.

 

Hence the conclusion is that we have to avoid junk food and start adding above said vegetables in our daily life to have a healthy and energetic life.
