This is a very important tool in accounting. We input any instructions to the computer through input. The processor's job is to do the work you give it. You have to give instructions in advance on what to do. The better the processor of a device, the better the device. Data is stored through memory.
Whatever the shape of the computer, it is made up of two main parts. The core of a computer is made up of hardware and software. These two parts are essential for the perfection of a computer.
1.Hardware

The inner memories are inside the computer device. Read only memory and random access memory can be divided into two parts. Read only memory can be read only and the memory that does not change is basically read only memory. Memories can be read in random access memory and modified as needed. The memories that are stored outside the computer are called external memories. The hard disk is an example of external memory. The output is one of the most important parts of a computer. The results obtained through the output are published by us. This part is very important for computer. This is where all our information is published. An example of this is the monitor. Through the monitor we get the results of the information processed on our computer.
2. Software
Software is the lifeblood of a computer. Just as a human being cannot survive with only his hands and feet, he needs a relative energy inside him, so a computer needs his life force and the computer is such a power. The structure of a computer is not complete without this essential part. Considering hardware and software, it is easy to understand that hardware can be seen with the naked eye, but the software cannot be seen with the naked eye. System software is one of the most important computer software. It is also called disk operating system.
Then another important is the application software. After turning on the computer, all the work that we do, such as listening to music and drawing pictures, etc., we do through the application. There are many types of application software. Our video games and an application fall into the software. Then another important software is utility software. It plays an important role in solving our various problems while running the computer. When a virus enters the computer, it causes us a lot of damage and causes a lot of damage to our computer files.
