How much a director feels for his characters can be easily determined. It is evident in the respect and importance that the movie's characters and the movie itself accord them. A straightforward decision made at the movie's climax, Hi Nanna, really stuck out to me and confirmed that rookie Shoryuv cares about the characters he has created. Imagine that the main character is in a critical state and that all of their loved ones are in the hospital, waiting outside the operation room, feeling worried and depressed. We have seen this situation countless times in the past. Each significant character to this person is shown in reaction shots, expressing their sorrow.
