You can look and feel more muscular, just by following these few tricks. And you look more muscular than you were before.

1. Wear a black shirt:

If you wear a black shirt or t-shirt, you will 100 percent look more handsome. Because what a black t-shirt does is that makes your arms look bigger and they give you a v-shape look. As you guys know a man looks more muscular if his body is in V-shape. It makes your shoulder look wider and your torso area small and gives you an overall V-shape look. So if u want to look more muscular than wear a black t-shirt.

2. Wear fitted clothing: 

If you want to look more handsome and muscular than most of the guys out there. Then there is no question, wear clothes that fit you well and remember not to tight. There is a great difference between looking muscular and looking over. So keep this in mind you want to wear a shirt that fits you well at the chest but is not tight around the belly area. And wear pants to hugs you thighs well but they aren't too tight. So they don't restrict you from moving around and you easily breathe in them. Always remember if you want to look or appear more muscular, then wear clothes that fit you well.

3. Workout:

I know, I said tricks but if you don't but in even the slightest effort then you can never look more muscular. Or lose that fat you have stored for many years. So the best way to look more muscular and also feel healthy is by working out. You don't even have to go to a gym just do some pull-ups and some sit-ups and push-ups. Then you are good to go if you follow these few exercises then you will have a good defined body within a few weeks.

4. Keep your calories in check:

If you are a skinny dude then just eat more calories than you normally do. For instance, if you eat 3000 calories a day, then make it 4000 calories a day. And on the opposite side if you are a fat dude than you should eat fewer calories than what you normally consume. That is it, it is that simple, and if you don't know how to check your calories than use the apps that are available on your Google play store or app store.

5. Eat healthily: 

I know I said you should eat more calories or for fat guys fewer calories you should also keep in mind that the calories you are consuming are coming from a good source. You should keep in mind if your body is healthy and you are eating healthy you will instantly look more muscular, without any kind of doubt. For skinny dudes out there, they should get their calories from chicken or eggs but a fat guy should try to eat more food and avoid oily foods. So if you want to look more muscular than apply these habits into your daily life.
