Dr. B. R. Ambedkar

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar, and everyone knows that he was one of the architects of the Indian Constitution. He was a scholar, a social reformer, and a leader who dedicated his life to eradicating social inequality in India. 'Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, who tried to turn the wheel of the Law toward social justice for all."

Bhimarao Ramji Ambedkar (born April 14, 1891, Mhow town of Madhya Pradesh, India -died December 6, 1956, New Delhi), leader of the Dalit's ( scheduled castes; formerly called untouchables) and law minister of the government of India ( 1947-51 ). He became the 1st Law Minister of India. He became the chairman of the Constitution Drafting Committee.

For his contributions, he was awarded 'Bharat Ratna.'

Jyotirao Phule

Jyotirao Govindrao Phule (April 11, 1827- November 28, 1890) was an Indian social activist, thinker, anti-caste social reformer, and writer from Maharashtra. His work extended too many fields, including the eradication of untouchability and the caste system, and Women's emancipation

On September 24, 1873, Phule formed satyashodhak samaj to focus on the rights of a depressed group such as women, the shudra, and the Dalit. Though this is the samaj, he opposed idolatry and denounced the caste system. Satyashodhak Samaj campaigned for the spread of rational thinking and rejected the need for priests.

Savitribai Phule

Savitribai Pule was an Indian social reformer, educationalist, and poet from Maharashtra. She is regarded as the first female teacher in India. Along with her husband, Jyoirao Phule. She played an important role in improving women's rights in India.

Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy

Erode Venkatppaa Ramaswamy (September 17 1879- December 24 1973 ), commonly known as Periyar, also referred to as Thanthai Periyar, was an Indian social activist and politician who started the self- respect Movement and Dravidar Kazhagam. He is known as the Father pf the Dravidian Movement.

Narayana Guru 

Philosophy. One Caste, One religion, One God for all. Narayan Guru (August 28 1855- September 20 1928) was a philosopher, spiritual leader, and social reformer in India. He was born into a family that belonged to the Ezhava caste.
