HABIT 1: DRINKING WATER

Start your day by drinking water. The only easiest and best way to maintain flawless skin is to start the day by drinking much water. Hydrating your body and skin is essential to keep your physical health.

Water can flush away all the toxins and impurities in our bodies very quickly. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day is essential to achieve an unmistakable, tremendous, and bright glow.

We know that water keeps us healthy and alive. So water keeps healthy not only our face but also our whole body. Drinking water is soo easy to do. This is not a time taking process. Everyone can drink water at any time.

HABIT 2: EAT HEALTHY DIET

Food that you consume every day can play a vital role in determining your skin's health. So choosing proper and healthy food in your diet is one of the critical factors for perfect skin. You can start including more fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts in your daily diet. These foods can nourish your skin well with the essential proteins and nutrients to make your skin healthy and happy.

It can also increase the collagen and firmness in your skin naturally and prevent it from aging. We have to avoid junk food and fast food, which makes us unhealthy. Many people like junk food than nutritious food. But it would help if you kept a distance from junk food.

Taking Junk food besides healthy food is not correct, and there is no use. So we should take a healthy diet and maintain our body and face fit.

HABIT 3: WASHING YOUR FACE

Washing your face and following the CTM routine, cleansing your skin, can effectively improve your skin's overall appearance. CTM routine refers to cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. It is better to use a mild face wash in the morning.

You can apply a thin layer of honey and wash your face after 5 minutes to cleanse it. Rosewater can be used as a toner to hydrate your skin and shrink all the open pores.

To moisturize your skin, you can mix a few drops of vitamin-e oil in your regular moisturizing cream. Applying turmeric on the skin is also a good practice.

It kills the germs present on our faces and makes our skin healthy. We know turmeric is antibiotic and readily available in our kitchen, so it is one of the best and easiest ways to keep our skin young and flawless.

HABIT 4: DO YOGA FOR 30 MINUTES

Mental health is also an essential factor to have a healthy and flawless skin. Yoga can make us fit and healthy enough, both mentally and physically. It can increase blood circulation in your face. This can quickly improve both the physical and texture of your skin. Doing yoga in the morning for 30 minutes keeps us whole day fresh and energetic. 

HABIT 5: WEAR SUNSCREENS

Wear sunscreens every day. The harmful rays coming from the sun can cause some severe damage to your skin. Sunrays can damage the skin cells and collagens in your skin. This will possibly result in wrinkles, suntan, sunburns, and premature aging on your skin.

Applying sunscreen with an SPF higher than 30 can protect your skin from such damages. Do not go outside without applying sunscreen even on rainy and cloudy days.
