2.Moderna
Moderna's mRNA-1273 has been developed by biotech firm Moderna along with investigators from the US NIH . Data from the trial showed that participants appeared to produce an immune response similar to the one seen in those who have recovered from coronavirus infection.
Early results also indicated that the vaccine could trigger antibodies against the novel coronavirus. The company claimed that its mRNA-1273 vaccine had been generally safe and well-tolerated.And it gives 90-94% effectiveness against corona virus.
3. Pfizer
Pfizer Developed by biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies BioNTech, Fosub Pharma And Pfizer, vaccine candidate BNT162b1 is in the Phase 3 of human trials. The developers claim that in the earlier phases, the vaccine candidate has produced neutralizing antibodies and exhibited moderate side-effects like pain at the injection site, fatigue, headache, chills, muscle and joint pain, fever.These side effects happen within a day or two of getting the vaccine. They are normal signs that your body is building protection and should go away within a few days.And it gives 85-90% effectiveness against corona virus.
4.Sputnik V
Sputnik V or Gam-COVID-Vac is an adenovirus viral vector vaccine for COVID-19 developed by the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology in Russia. It is the world's first registered combination vector vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19, having been registered on 11 August 2020 by the Russian Ministry of Health.

This means part of the coronavirus' genetic code is injected into the body, triggering the body to begin making viral proteins, but not the whole virus, which is enough to train the immune system to attack. It gives 75-80% effectiveness against corona virus.
