When you wake up early, you will have enough time to do your work, and you can do it even more in a calm state and accomplish it well. It will reduce your work pressure, stress, and tension.

The Vagus nerve is said to induce positive thoughts and suppress depression in people. This vagus nerve will be active in the morning and help people wake up early to have a positive start for the day.

Thus, unknowingly late night sleep is the cause of many illnesses we face today.
