(Q-1) Why should we hire you?
(Ans-1) If you hire me sir/mam, it will be a great platform for me to show my skills and capabilities, which will contribute to the growth of your company. Whatever goals I set in my life, I work for them efficiently and in an effective way, which will give positive results.
(Q-2) The reason behind leaving your last job?
(Ans-2) The reason for leaving the last job was that I was looking for great and better opportunities ahead in order to develop my strength and skills, which are required for better jobs.
(Q-3) What are your expectations from this job?
(Ans-3) I expect a good future from this job as well as advancement in my professional career. I always seek to learn more and more from my jobs and apply those learnings in working with a company.
(Q-4) Why have you been unemployed for such a long period of time?
(Ans-4) The reason for being unemployed for such a time period is that I got myself enrolled in some advanced personality development course in order to gain some more skills which will be beneficial for me in respect to future job opportunities.
(Q-5) Describe your ability to work under pressure?
(Ans-5) In the under pressure conditions, I will work with patience. By staying calm, I will focus on the multi-tasking and make others also to remain calm.
(Q-6) Tell us about your management style of working?
(Ans-6) I will try my best to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time, along with the continuous interaction with the seniors and monitoring the work of my subordinates. I will show some of my leadership skills out there for the completion of the giving task.

(Ans-7) Yes, sir/mam, I am a team player. I believe in "WE" not in "I." I think what a team can do a single person can't, and if he does, it will not be that effective.
(Q-8) What if you find something about your co-worker that irritates you?
(Ans-8) If during my work if I found anything about my co-worker that irritates me then at first, I will try to ignore those things or avoid them completely but if they are gonna affect me personally or my working then I will try to get them corrected by having a talk with my co-worker politely.
(Q-9) How do you see yourself in the next five years from now?
(Ans-9) In the next five years of working, I see myself in a senior position in your company and is regarded as a valuable asset for your company.

(Ans-10) I am a quick learner and adaptive in nature as per the conditions around and give my 100% towards achieving any task allotted to me. Also, I m a good team player.
