TOP 10 TIPS FOR HYGIENIC

Take a shower every day or every other day. This is the most effective approach to remove dirt, sweat, and/or germs that have accumulated throughout the day, as well as to prevent hygiene-related ailments.Showering also helps you feel, look, and smell better throughout the day.
To remove dead skin cells and grime, gently scrub your entire body with a loofah, sponge, or hand towel. Remember to replace these products on a regular basis as they can readily harbor bacteria.
If you don't want to wash your hair every day, get a shower cap and wash your body with soap and water

Choose a facial cleanser that you can use every day. Remember that your face's skin is more sensitive than the rest of your body's. You can either use your facial cleanser in the shower or wash it separately at the sink. Hot water can irritate and flake your skin, so avoid using it. Consider your skin type while selecting a face cleanser. If you have really dry skin, avoid using products with a high alcohol concentration because they will dry out your skin even more. If you have particularly sensitive skin, look for hypoallergenic cosmetics that contain fewer harsh chemicals.
If you wear a lot of makeup, look for a cleanser that also works to remove it. Otherwise, purchase a separate makeup remover and remove all.

Brush your teeth twice a day: in the morning and evening. Regular teeth brushing and flossing helps to avoid gum disease, which has been related to other health issues such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Brushing teeth is especially crucial after eating sugary or acidic foods that cause tooth erosion.
To keep your gums strong, have a travel-sized toothbrush and toothpaste on hand and brush your teeth between meals.
Floss your teeth every night to avoid gum disease gingivitis.

Use a deodorant or antiperspirant. Antiperspirant helps control excessive sweating, whereas deodorant masks the unpleasant body odor generated by sweat. Consider using a natural, aluminum-free deodorant to prevent the health concerns connected with traditional deodorants.[5]
If you prefer not to apply deodorant on a daily basis, consider wearing it on days when you expect to sweat considerably or on special occasions. Apply deodorant before participating in sports, going to the gym, or attending a formal event.

If you don't use deodorant, cleanse your underarms with soap and water throughout the day to eliminate unpleasant odors.

Wash your garments once you've worn them. In general, shirts should be washed after each use, although pants and shorts can be worn a few times before being washed. Use your best judgment to establish how frequently you should wash your clothes.[6] Remove stains from clothing before wearing it.

Iron out creases and use a lint remover to get rid of undesirable lint and hair from your clothes.

Regularly clip your toenails and fingernails. This not only keeps your hands and feet looking great, but it also prevents hangnails, breaking, and other nail damage. Short nails cannot collect dirt below them in the same way that long nails do. The frequency with which you clip your fingernails depends on the length you like. Consider what you do with your hands on a regular basis to make an informed decision. If you spend a lot of time typing on a computer or playing the piano, short nails are probably the best choice for you. If you like longer nails, that is great, but keep them trimmed on a regular basis to avoid breakage.[8]
