ELON MUSK

Businessman Elon Reeve Musk FRS was born in South Africa on June 28, 1971. After relocating to Canada, he obtained US citizenship. The world's richest individual is Elon Musk. He serves as the CEO of a number of well-known businesses, including SpaceX, a space exploration corporation, and Tesla, an electric vehicle maker. As of this now, he owns a 23 percent share in Tesla. Approximately two thirds of his fortune is dependent on Tesla's success. When Musk paid $44 billion to acquire Twitter in October 2022, the news was publicized.

Bernard Arnault

The CEO and chairman of Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), the largest luxury goods company in the world with almost 70 well-known fashion and cosmetics brands, is Bernard Arnault, the second richest person in the world. Among the well-known brands in its collection are Sephora, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Moet & Chandon. Jeweler Tiffany & Co. was acquired by LVMH in January 2021 for an astounding $15.8 billion.

All five of Arnault's children are employed by LVMH; in July 2022, he suggested that Agache, his holding firm, be reorganized to give each kid an equal interest.

Jeff Bezo

Jeff Bezos chose to resign as CEO of the industry leader in online retail, Amazon, in July 2021, but he will continue to serve as chairman. In the same month, Bezos launched a space mission on a rocket built by Blue Origin, a privately held space exploration firm he founded and kindly donated billions of dollars too.

After assisting Bezos in founding Amazon, Scott was awarded a 4% share in the business, which was valued at $36 billion at the time of their divorce.


Larry Ellison

Larry Ellison co-founded the software firm Oracle in 1977 and held the position of its CEO until 2014. Currently, he assumes the company's chairman and Chief Technology Officer roles. In 2012, Ellison made headlines when he acquired the Hawaiian island of Lanai for a sum of $300 million. Ellison also ventured into investments, including a substantial stake in Tesla, where he served on the board of directors from 2018 until 2022.

Warren Buffett

Known to many as the "Oracle of Omaha," Warren Buffett is one of the greatest investors in history. He is the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, an investing conglomerate that owns a wide range of businesses, including the food chain Dairy Queen, the insurance company Geico, and the battery producer Duracell.

The Giving Pledge program was started in 2010 by Buffett, Bill and Melinda Gates, and Melinda French Gates. It encourages billionaires to give up at least half of their money to philanthropic causes. Buffett has declared that he will contribute 99 percent of his money, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to philanthropy.

Forbes was the first to identify Gates as a billionaire in 1987. With brief breaks in 2008 and 2010–2013, he held the title of richest person in the world from 1995 until 2017. Melinda French Gates received at least $6 billion in stocks as part of the settlement when she and Bill Gates divorced in 2021. Based on estimations from Forbes, between May 1 and June 1, 2023, Gates' wealth increased by about $500 million, which moved him up one slot to take the fifth place in the rankings.

Mark Zuckerberg

At the age of 19, Mark Zuckerberg co-founded and serves as CEO of Meta Platforms, which launched Facebook, the company's main social media platform, in 2004. He was a Harvard University student studying psychology and computer science. Facebook was designed to allow students' identities and photographs to be matched on campus. Facebook opened its doors to anyone with a working email account who was at least 13 years old in 2006.

Larry Page

In 1998, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, a fellow PhD candidate at Stanford, co-founded Google. Page was the CEO from 2011 until 2015. He had previously served in that capacity until 2001.

As a big stakeholder, he currently holds enormous authority over Alphabet, the parent company of Google, in addition to his role as a member of the board.

Steve Ballmer

 Sergey Brin

In 1998, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, his Stanford PhD colleague, were instrumental in founding the Google search engine. Carlos Slim Helu

América Móvil, the biggest mobile telecommunications firm in Latin America with operations in over 15 countries, is controlled by Carlos Slim Helu and his family. The government-owned telephone firm Telmex was purchased by Slim and international telecom partners in 1990, and it was later merged into América Móvil.
Slim owns interests in a number of Mexican businesses, including real estate, consumer products, construction, and mining, in addition to his telecom endeavors.
