After completing graduation and post-graduation, when it comes to work and earnings, then there are two choices in front of us first is to "Start your own business," and the second is to "get a job."

I recommend you to choose a business than a job. So I am going to give you the reasons why to choose a business than a job.

JOB VS BUSINESS

1."THERE IS NO LIMIT ON MONEY":

As everyone knows that people work for only "money."

There is a limit to it in a job, but in business, there is no limit. 

Everyone wants limitless money;)don't you?

If you have a job, you will get a fixed monthly salary for your work, which may increase with your performance and skills after a year or two.

But when it comes to your own business, then there is no limit on the money. You can get as much profit as you want with your hard work.

You may earn 10 times more than the salaried person.

2.THERE ARE NO TIME RESTRICTIONS IN BUSINESS:

If you have your own business, then there are no time restrictions for you.

While in a job, you have to fix work periods. A fixed time is given as per guidelines. Usually, that is for about 8 hours.

But in your own business, there are no restrictions for you. You can work less or more to make more profits. 

This is one of the most important reasons why my own business is better than a job.

3.BE YOUR BOSS:

In your own business, you have your own rules.

But in a job, you have to work as per the instructions given by the manager or supervisor.  You have to approve everything from your boss. You can't do anything without the permission of the boss.  

In your own business, you can go beyond the limits and rules to make your business more successful. 

Another dark side of a job is that you have to answer every question asked by your boss.

But in business, you are your boss; there is no one to ask you anything. 

4.YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RETIRE:

In a job, you have to retire from your work after the time decided by the company.

If you have a job, then what will be a source of income after your retirement? This is the point you should think about.

But in business, you don't think about these types of things because, in your own business, it's up to you if you want to retire or not, so this is also an important reason why own a business is better than a job. 

5.YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN IDENTITY:

When you have your own business, you have a different identity, which makes you different (Employees). 

When telling anyone that you have your own business, it makes a good impression of you to others.

But a salaried person has not many identities in a society than the businessman. People don't have that much attraction for an employee than a businessman.

6.YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOLIDAYS:

This is another important reason why business is better than a job.

You have to wait for holidays or weekends to get a break from the work burden in a job.

But in business you do not have to wait for the holidays, you can go on vacations anytime you want.

7.YOU WILL GET YOUR GOALS:

In business you will learn new skills of different types, you have to look over every department of the company. You have more than one responsibility, which makes you more active than others. As a businessman, you will meet more successful peoples, which boosts your business to make it more successful. You will reach your goals with the guidance of another businessman.

In a job, you don't have time to think about it because of workload, irritation, etc.

8.YOU WILL LEARN TO RUN A TEAM:

In business, you will also learn how to run a team to get the best results for you and your company. You will also learn how to satisfy your clients, making them work with you permanently. 

"Teamwork is key to success in a business."

While in a job, you are a member of a team. You have to work as per boss orders.

9.YOU CAN LIVE YOUR LIFE AS YOU WANT:

In a business, you have lots of freedom to live your life as you want. King is not following rules; the people in his empire follows the rules.

King can live as he wants

In a job, you can live your life as you want because of the money problem.

10.INDEPENDENT:

As you have your own business, you are independent to make your own decisions; no one will interfere with you. 

In a job, you are not independent. You have to work as per Instructions by doing mistake you can fire from the company. The job holder is always worried about this.

So, these are some reasons describing why owning a business is better than doing the job.

I have shown you that in business, you are your boss; you have your own rules.

I know to start a business we, need funds; without funds, the start-up is not possible.
