Most of the people pay more attention to physical fitness but mental health is equally vital. So here are some tips that may help you to stay fit emotionally and mentally .

First is by improving your sleep . Without sleep for 3 days people can loss their ability to think so make sure that u sleep 8 to 6 hours every night . That will give you good start for day and fresh mood.

Second is connect yourself with people who encourage your creativity and help you come up . Make sure they also stop you from moving on wrong path and also point mistakes that help you to improve. Tell your feelings to someone so that you stay relieved and emotionally happy.

Self motivation . You should always keep praising yourself but make sure u don't hurt others in this conduct. personally feeling that you are better is really good for you so keep encouraging yourself .

Stay less on social media . This tip you are already aware of that due to envy and jealousy u feel after seeing the number of likes other person got . So try to stay away from such kind of feeling because due to this comparison u may feel deprived or less motivated . 

Next is set your goals not only for academics, career but it can be any thing even only for today or for year but that makes you happy after achieving them but if you don't achieve them don't worry all goals are not to achieve but important is journey which will really help you to improve . Last but not least is food habits. Our brain is almost made up of fat so good food good life. Good food also brings good thoughts .
